This twin mound, locally known as puja-khola, is situated in the western part of Paschim Pilak on the way and near to Thakurani Tilla. The site was taken for scientific clearance in 2018
a colossal standing image of Surya (?) above the thigh portion was visible before the scientific clearance. Brick structures consisting of one sanctum-sanctorum with an entrance on the west and a pradaksinapatha (circumambulatory path) were exposed after scientific clearance. A colossal image of Surya(Sun God) is installed within the sanctum sanctorum. The deity is shown in a standing posture and holds lotuses in both hands. The lotuses in the hands and hand portions are mutilated. The image is adorned with a well-designed earring on both ears and an intricate dress on the lower part of the body. He is flanked by four minor deities on both the left and right sides of the main deity.
